Almas Abylkasymovich Shoman was born on December 27, 1980 in the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region.
In 2002, T. K. Graduated from the Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts with a degree in Theater and Film Actor.
Career.
From 2002 to 2007, he worked as an actor at the Kazakh Drama Theater in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region.
From 2007 to 2014-artist of the State Theater “Nazbi” of the Akimat of Astana.
From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a project manager of the Public Procurement Department of Kazakh Auenderi JSC.
From 2017 to 2018, he headed the creative service of the State Concert Organization “Kazakhconcert” of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2018-2019-Deputy Director of the Kazakh State Academic Drama Theater named after M. Auezov.
2019-2020-Vice-rector for Educational and Social Work of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. K. Zhurgenov.
From July to September 2020 – Head of the Anti-Corruption and Youth Policy Service of the T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts.
Today he is the deputy director of the State Enterprise “Musical Theater of the Young Spectator” of the akimat of the city of Astana.

In 2015, he was awarded the Diploma “20 years of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan”. In October 2020, he took part in the creation of the Musical Theater for Young Spectators of the Akimat of the city of Astana.
